Wow! Excellent service and customer support! When you dial reception, they actually picked up each time, every time, on the first ring! And would follow with a courtesy follow up call! 10 star service all the way! Highly recommended, and looking forward to our next stay!

Limited Parking (High season). They need to upgrade the heater of the bathroom water. Otherwise, it is Great.

Good location, clean room and easy to access

There is no internet connection at the hotel, i stayed here before and it was amazing, but this stay was horrible as i was without internet for 2 nights !!!

Very welcoming staff. There was no delay niether in check in or check out They also gave me some bottle of waters for the road it was a good gesture

Location, it is beside a hospital and it gets a little bit hectic during rush hours. I guess it is not the hotel's fault.

I liked their great hospitality and their swift responses. They brought me a complimentary pot of Arabic coffee to my room immediately after I checked in.

The walls are thin and I was bothered by my neighbors so I had to change the room I was staying at. Also, the phones inside both rooms I stayed in don't function properly.

Considering a lot of other disappointing 4 star apartment suites and hotels across the city this establishment for its price and location is in the following: - Welcoming reception - Some staff Intermediate in English - Complementary Arabic coffee in the lobby or to your room. - Clean rooms - Clean lobby - Nice smell through out the hotel. - Tub and shower - Semi sounds resistant - Location is in the heart of Riyadh - Near well known hospitals and research facilities. - Asian and Arabic mini-grocery, bakery and restaurants in walking and driving distance - Pharmacy in walking distance.

- Water temperature of the bathroom sink and shower is cold - High Traffic for the location - Limited free parking around the hotel building (mostly during working hours).

I like everything about the hotel starting from the reception staff to everyone working there ; very cooperative and welcoming.. I like the way they welcomed me when I arrived and their notice to the simplest details .. Definitely I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends and I will come back to it again. Thank you for the nice stay.

The hotel is clean and well furnished, the staff are welcoming.

It was difficult to find parking, we reserved a standard room at the ground floor but when we checked in we found that the toilet has an extremely awful smell, it was very bad so we asked the receptionist to change the room, they offered another room at the same floor but still the toilet smelled the same. Finally they upgraded our room to a suite at the first floor that was good and much better but had a mild smell from the sink at the living room. The fridge wasn’t cold. There isn’t a buffet breakfast but there was a resturant that offers breakfast from 7:30 till 10:30 am, it was better if it starts earlier at 6:30 am. You can easily hear the noise from the next room. The twin bed was comfortable but very small for an adult, it’s probably 90 cm, I recommend to replace it with a wider bed.

Super friendly staff, nicely furnished rooms, perfect service, and very clean place. I am very proud that this hotel is a Saudi business with high standard.
